Congratulations to Nino Sardi and Timepiece Creations for receiving an "Excellence in Conservation" award from the City of Bunbury. The repairs and restoration work were carried out on the old Bunbury Post Office clock which is now housed in the Bunbury Museum and Heritage Centre. The photos show Nino receiving the award from the Mayor and Frederic Verschoore testing the restored clock.

The Association had a very informative PD session today on "Guilloche using a Rose Engine". Frederick Verschoore cut 4 different patterns onto a dial using a Rose Engine that he has built himself. Guilloche is as much an art as a science and requires a great deal of experience to perfect.
