A very special night for the Trendsetter team.

We’re incredibly honoured to have received the Contract Home $1–2 Million Award for our Grosvenor project at the 2026 Master Builders Western Australia (MBAWA) Building Excellence Awards.

There is so much work that goes into bringing a custom home like this together, so to have Grosvenor recognised in this way means a great deal to our entire team.

A huge thank you to our client for trusting us to bring their home to life, and to our team, trades and suppliers who helped make it all happen.

A fresh exposed aggregate pour and another step closer to handover at our Mount Pleasant home.

With lighting incorporated beneath the aggregate, we can’t wait to see this detail come to life after dark.
