Another happy customer! This reno was on time and on budget. The customer needed to renovate their upstairs bathroom as the original tiling was lifting. We installed black flick mixer taps new shower head, fixed panel shower screen for walk in shower, new vanity cabinet with flick mixer tap and tiling to ceiling height.

This client needed the bathroom updated to make it user friendly. We moved the bath and vanity to a new position and installed a new toilet. We also installed new hot and cold copper pipes, new drains and concreted the floor.
With all the new fittings the bathroom is a much more open plan now. Another happy customer!

👍When paying a contractor $7,500 and over in total you must have a contract by law between the client and the contractor.

👍The contract must be in writing, contain all terms and conditions of the agreement and must be dated and signed by both parties.

👍Deposit by law cannot exceed 6.5% of the total price prior to the commencement of work.

👍Progress payments must be genuine for work already performed or materials already supplied.

👍NOTICE TO THE HOME OWNER must be given to the owner before signing any contract
