Another new project is about to get underway in Shenton Park

The rear section of this 1930's weatherboard house will be demolished and an extension added that will include a large new kitchen, living and dining area, this area of the house will have a high raked ceiling with highlight windows all along the top to leave in the natural light and ventilation.

The existing kitchen and living area will be converted into a new bathroom,ensuite and laundry. A large timber deck alfresco will also be added

Demolition to remove the back of the house has finished and the earthworks have been completed to prepare for the new extension.

A new Kitchen, Living, Dining and Laundry will be created along with an Ensuite to the existing Master Bedroom

A new project will soon be getting underway in Rivervale.

The back of an existing weatherboard house will be demolished along with removal of the entire roof. A new weatherboard extension will be added that will include a new theatre, ensuite, bathroom, laundry, large kitchen and family area along with a deck, a new Colourbond roof will also be installed.This extension will add much need space for the family
