I am Disgusted.
Today I visited a property to have a look at a leaking sink drain.
I found the outlet to be loose and leaking into the cupboard.
I fixed the leak with the use of no tools in less than a minute.
The lady who has motor neurone disease and unable to walk was quoted $1100 to repair this problem.
I wonder how many other people are being absolutely ripped off by these unethical companies.
I didn’t charge the lady anything for this simple repair and I know who she will be calling when she has a bigger plumbing issue.
Please get more than one quote especially when dealing with large companies.

Did you know a constant trickle into the toilet bowl wastes around 9,000 litres a year!
To check for this type of leak in your home, place a sheet of toilet paper under the rim in the back of the bowl (half an hour after the last flush when the bowl should be dry). If the paper soaks up water, you have a leaking cistern and should call a licensed Plumber to fix it.
