Transformation…

The old girl’s had a proper bath. Turns out underneath a few years of hard work there was actually a white Scania. 😂

Our R560 is scrubbed up and looking far too respectable for a work truck — but not for long.

Next stop: full Forgefield livery.

She’s done plenty of hard yards already, and now it’s time to lose the old colours and officially join the Forgefield fleet.

We’ll show you the finished product once she comes back dressed appropriately. 👌

We’ve had a long, hard think about what our environmental policy should actually mean at Forgefield.

And we came to a pretty simple realisation.

♻️ The greenest piece of equipment is often the one you don’t have to replace.

Before we scrap it, replace it or send it to landfill — can we fix it?

Can we blast it? Repair it? Recoat it? Rebuild it? And give it another 5, 10 or 20 years of useful life?

Because manufacturing something new takes raw materials, energy, transport and resources. Keeping good equipment in service avoids a whole lot of that.

So our approach is simple:

FIX MORE.
WASTE LESS.
BUILD BETTER.

That’s not just an environmental policy.

It’s good business. It’s practical. And it’s what Forgefield is built to do.

Well… things have changed.

We’re now FORGEFIELD. 🟢⚫

We’ve taken over the blast and paint operation at 3 Pratt Court, Maddington, and we’re building on years of experience with a fresh name, fresh energy and some pretty big plans for what comes next.

Blast & paint is where we start — not where we finish.

We’re only getting warmed up.
