Been a hot minute between updates and this one is one of the main reasons.

We have been pushing pretty hard and consistent on this 9 unit development

Consisting of 6 new builds (3 single story and 3 double story), 1 partial renovation, 1 complete renovation and one renovation that was completely gutted and made a new.

We have also been doing quite a few smaller jobs lately including fences, sheds, concrete, bathroom Reno’s and more all which I will post pics soon and once a few others are completed.

This one had a little bit more in it then a standard slab, with to much fall on the block. This slab needed trenching with core filled block work to get it up to a level playing field.

Recently completed custom shed with slab.

Here we have a recently completed external renovation in West Launceston.

Refreshed/renewed timber fascia.
New roof.
And fully re-flashed.

This has certainly bought some new life into this old gem that had quite a few leaks.

The owners are now stress free from any unwanted internal water features and now we can start on some internal renovations.
