Got a bit of everything on this Reno:
Dryline/stick-on
Framing
Shadow-line
Plaster cornice
Centre pieces/roses
Bulkheads
Owner wanted to loose as little space as possible, hence the 16mm furring to walls.

Bad termite damage on this 2 room rip down! Got to play Chippy again as spans were too big for standard type metal frame vs cost for timber. (Im aware of the bigger spans using other techniques/more expensive metal).
Note: joins may seem overfilled but knauf WR has a very shallow recess (at least in WA).
