We’re pleased to announce that Matthew Dowlan has been appointed State Manager in Victoria.

State Wide Turf is a vertically integrated infrastructure and sports turf services group delivering end-to-end solutions across the construction, renovation and maintenance of sporting facilities throughout Australia — with Victoria now forming a key part of that national footprint.

In his new role, Matthew will lead Victorian operations across:

• Sports turf renovation, maintenance, construction & redevelopment
• Racecourse track management & renovation
• Golf course renovation, maintenance & construction
• Irrigation & water infrastructure solutions

As part of an integrated group, we provide a true one-stop-shop capability — supporting councils, clubs and major facilities across Victoria’s sporting landscape.

Matthew brings more than 30 years of industry experience. He has held senior roles across local and state government over the past 15 years, delivering high-performance natural and synthetic sporting facilities. Earlier in his career, he contributed to elite sports turf surfaces at The All England Lawn Tennis Club, Wimbledon (2001–2003).

He now steps into leading the Victorian division, focused on building a technically driven, performance-led and sustainable future in sports turf construction and management.
