CONCRETE AGITATOR DRIVER (HR/HC)
Eastside Concrete is a proudly WA-owned concrete supplier servicing residential, commercial, industrial and civil projects throughout Perth.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Concrete Agitator Driver to join our team.
The Role
Based primarily from our Bayswater operations, you will deliver concrete throughout the Eastern Suburbs and surrounding metropolitan areas.
You will be responsible for:
• Delivering concrete safely and efficiently to customer sites
• Operating and maintaining agitator trucks
• Completing vehicle pre-starts and delivery documentation
• Working closely with dispatch and batching staff
• Representing Eastside Concrete professionally on site
Requirements
• Current HR Licence (HC highly regarded)
• Good driving history
• Strong commitment to safety
• Ability to obtain a Commercial Vehicle Driver Medical (Fit to Drive) prior to commencement
• Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol testing
• Ability to complete online inductions and site compliance requirements
• Basic computer skills and confidence using smartphones for electronic vehicle pre-starts and safety systems
• White Card required
• Previous agitator experience highly regarded

• Be comfortable working independently for much of the day
• Have the confidence to communicate with a wide range of people including concreters, builders, supervisors and site personnel
• Remain calm and professional under pressure
• Be able to handle challenging situations and personalities in a respectful manner
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Take pride in representing Eastside Concrete on site

Previous agitator experience is preferred but not essential. Training can be provided to the right applicant.
