“Jake is an absolute gem of a person!! He reached out to see if I wanted to have a chat to discuss potential opportunities. I wasn't really looking for a new role, however thought why not? What harm can a conversation do? Well... not too long after that conversation he had set up a couple of meetings with his clients which I attended. He had very high praise for me and his clients (a rarity these days). This led to an offer from his client which has led me to be starting a new role for the first time in 10 years. Cannot speak highly enough of Jake. He goes to the nth degree for his clients whether they are looking for someone or they are the ones looking for a change. He treats everyone with respect.
