For the latest BBM job we were sent in to do some maintenance work on a house built around 1910.
The front porch ceiling had fallen down due to water damage. We’ve replaced the old rusted flashings and broken roof tiles, stripped the ceiling, replaced the ceiling joists and levelled and re installed the ceiling. We also fixed some timbers inside the main roof and patched a lot of the walls and existing internal feature ceilings that had cracked over time.

Thanks to the boys that worked on this one with me 👍🏼
