Maintenance Plumber Tradesperson/Manager

We are a highly reputable maintenance plumbing and gas fitting company; we take honesty seriously as our customers are important to us.

In this company, there is no expectation that any employee will need to up-sell. We are a growing business, with steady work which means a reliable income.

We offer 4 day work weeks, every week!


Role
Our company is looking for person who has a positive attitude, who can work as part of a team, or, independently when required to do so. Applicants who have a strong commitment to produce a high standard of workmanship, who are proactive thinkers, and who are not afraid to undertake manual/physical work are encouraged to apply for this position.

We are looking for a tradesperson looking to take their career to the next level and learn the ins and outs of running a business and supervising other staff.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years trade experience
- Prepared to work full-time, standard 38 hours, 4 day week.
- Excellent communication skills, plus a neat and tidy appearance
- Have an organised approach to paperwork and record keeping
- Current WA Plumbing Contractors License
- G Class Gas Permit.
- Police Clearance Certificate (if shortlisted)
- White Card
- C Class Manual WA Driver’s License
- Able to pass drug and alcohol tests, if requested


Preferrable Qualifications

- Gas Appliance Servicing
- HRWL – Operate Class B high pressure water machinery
- HRWL – boom type EWP
- Backflow Ticket
- Working With Children Clearance
- Willingness to upskill
- Experience with water jetting and drain camera equipment

Benefits
- Starting salary $95,000 p.a. plus benefits
- Super, phone allowance, tool allowance and your own press tool
- Overtime and on-call available, but is NOT required
- Provided with a fully equipped work van and uniform
- Overtime rates apply + additional company bonuses
- We offer a 4-3 roster! Every week is a 3-day weekend!

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Plumber & Gas Fitter, to join our team.

We offer a 4-3 roster!

This is a FULL TIME Position.
$90, 000 p.a. STARTING SALARY + RDO + Super + phone allowance + tool allowance + overtime (not required) + your own press tool.
We provide you with a fully equipped work van, uniform, overtime rates, additional company bonuses, and a fun friendly environment.

On-call and overtime available but is NOT required.

Wade the apprentice loves fishing 🎣! Especially when he gets to put on his gloves and fish for roots that have gotten into a sewer.

We went to this job due to a root blockage attended to by another plumbing company that didn't locate the blockage at all.
😴🤠🤠🤠

We used our equipment to correctly locate and repair the broken pipe fitting located in their driveway.
We also exposed and correctly installed their mains sewer inspection point with a cast iron iron cover so future issues can be fixed easily 👍👍👍

😭😭Another burst Flexi hose?😭😭

We mainly do plumbing work for property managers and we always get asked to check for any rust spots on water Flexi hoses that can burst and flood homes.

But, there's now a long term solution. 🤩

We now use rust PROOF Flexi hoses that come with a 15 year warranty.

They cost a bit more but we think it's well worth it. Even the tapware we supply come with the same rust proof braiding.

They could have picked a better name though 😜😅
