👀 Something exciting is happening on the South Perth foreshore...

We're thrilled to be kicking off works at Harper on Swan, another exciting project delivered in partnership with Edge Construction.

Set against the backdrop of the Swan River, this premium apartment development will feature a collection of two and three-bedroom residences, sub-penthouses and penthouses, along with resort-style amenities including a heated pool, cabanas and gymnasium.

Following the success of previous projects together, we're looking forward to seeing Harper on Swan come to life over the coming months.

As works get underway, we'll be sure to provide you with some progress updates as it all starts to take shape.

🏗️ Project Complete | Paris Grove, Australind 🏗️

Another project successfully delivered! 👏

Our team has recently completed the electrical works for the Paris Grove Accommodation Precinct, transforming 54 accommodation dongas into modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom units, complete with new kitchens, laundries and comfortable living spaces.

Not only was this a significant transformation, but thanks to the outstanding effort of the team, the electrical works were completed with impressive efficiency—a fantastic achievement on a regional project of this scale.

A huge congratulations to Luke, who did an outstanding job leading the project from start to finish, and Nic, whose commitment, teamwork and attention to detail helped drive the project forward. Together, they kept the project moving at an impressive pace and delivered an exceptional result.

A fantastic effort by everyone involved. We're incredibly proud of what the team has achieved and look forward to seeing the upgraded accommodation put to good use.

🏗️ Project Update | North Perth Residence

It's been a little while since we last shared an update on our project at a residence in North Perth, so here's an exciting one...

We're now approximately 90% complete, with handover just around the corner!

This stunning four-storey luxury residence has presented plenty of challenges along the way, but our team has continued to deliver a high-quality electrical installation every step of the journey.

From the premium Buster + Punch lighting throughout the home to the extensive electrical fit-off, we're proud of the workmanship and attention to detail that's gone into this project.

A huge thank you to Karl, Mitch and James for their hard work and commitment. We can't wait to see the finished result.
