We were excited to team up with Dion for Brides, Nicola Gibson Architects and Lisa Quinn-Schofield from Featherhorse Studio to complete the fitout of an existing warehouse and transform it into a modern, luxurious and spacious bridal studio.
The project included multiple wedding dressing areas, custom dress display areas, refurbished reception, couture dress area and private suite whilst seamlessly constructing an office and workroom into the back of house areas.
Materiality and colour played an important part in this project, we worked hand in hand with the client, architect & interiors to ensure the finer details were incorporated and the design intent carried through to project hand over.
We completed the Fitout which also included new cabinetry to reception around an existing brickwork plinth, criterion doors and windows, extensive pendant lights and custom designed steel dress racks. The dress racks were finessed to ensure no fixings were visible to add to the seamless details and elevate the high-end intent of the space.
The private suite included seamless curved walls with a recessed strip light to the ceiling surrounds along with custom flangeless mechanical grilles to the ceiling. The Porters French Wash added the elegant finish to the walls and ceiling along with added brass into the concrete floor joins, tile joins and skirting which elevated the level of luxurious details into the private suite design.
This project was all about the details and ensuring we deliver the project that encompasses the design intent and creating the perfect ambience for the client which was once an empty warehouse, now a luxurious and spacious bridal showroom.
