🔨 Recent works across Perth

A snapshot of some of the projects keeping the JBC Barrett Constructions team busy lately across a range of sites and scopes.

📍 Curtin University – brickwork at the John Curtin Building
📍 Mardalup Park – works continuing to progress on site
📍 South Perth Primary School – demolition and installation of new drainage
📍 Whaleback Golf Course – preparation underway for upcoming footpath concrete works
📍 Forrestfield – concrete works within a warehouse development

Our teams are also currently involved in works at the WACA Lillee-Marsh Grandstand Refurbishment and Perth Mint.

A good mix of projects underway across the JBC team.

🌙 Night works underway

Proud to be mobilising for works at HMAS Stirling, Garden Island.

Barrett Constructions has been awarded a brickworks package associated with ESTDEF01PH1 – Sovereign Nuclear Powered Submarine Support Facilities & Infrastructure (SRF-W).

Our team is currently progressing through the required Defence onboarding, inductions and site access requirements ahead of mobilisation.

This is a significant opportunity for Barrett Constructions and another step forward in our delivery of government and major infrastructure works across WA.

With our workforce being established on Garden Island, we’re also well positioned to support additional works across brickwork, concrete, civil, paving, retaining walls and access works.

Concrete works across a range of recent JBC projects 👷‍♂️

From commercial and education facilities through to residential works, our team has recently completed a variety of concrete works across Perth and surrounds.

A look at some of the projects our team has recently completed and currently has underway across Perth.

Recent works include residential paving and concrete pathway upgrades, paving and kerbing works on Mandurah Road, concrete works at Roleystone Primary School, excavation for warehouse foundations in Forrestfield, and brickwork at Mercedes College and Abbeville Sports Centre.

While we regularly highlight our concrete, brickwork and paving projects, limestone construction is another key part of what we do.
