Total Rockbreaking Solutions (TRS) is a WA business founded by experienced construction and mining industry individuals who are committed to support and provide our customers with service, advice and solutions that meet the specific and ever-changing needs of the demanding applications in mining, construction, civil works, earthmoving and demolition industries. With extensive industry-specific kno

wledge and experience we have selected the products that can operate in harsh conditions without missing a beat. As the authorised dealer for the Rammer range of Boom Systems, Rockbreakers and Demolition Attachments, ALLU Screening Buckets, Simex Road construction and trenching attachments, PneuVibe Compactor Plates, Daehan Grabs and Tefra Quick Hitches, combined with our engineering and project management resources and industry leading service, we can provide full turn-key solutions for our customers ensuring their equipment operate at peak performance. In recent years, our engineers have worked closely with mine site personnel in some of WA’s harshest mining operations to address challenges in high duty, hardworking applications and as a result, a range of High Duty (HD) boom systems was developed by TRS. The TRS HD booms are proudly Australian made including 7 models that operate faster, have longer reach and carry larger hammers than previous generations of boom systems on the market. As mining companies are increasingly turning to automation and remote operation to improve safety and efficiency, TRS BoomSafe® has established itself as a leader in heavy duty, mine site boom systems remote operation technology. Our customers have the most advanced remote operator controlled, collision prevention and automated movement system, BoomSafe® factory fitted on new Boom Systems or retrofitted to existing Boom system. With our extensive workshop and site service capabilities, TRS has become the partner of choice for industrial operators looking for materials processing support. RAMMER

What if you could recycle asphalt onsite - without bringing in a mobile crusher?

The ALLU Asphalt Screening Bucket is a flexible alternative to mobile crushers, especially for tight or urban job sites as it crushes and screens RAP in one pass, turning milled asphalt into reusable material onsite.

Available in four models, the ALLU Asphalt Bucket suits 25 - 45t excavators and 15 - 30t wheel loaders. Its hybrid blade setup combines crushing and screening for consistent, high-quality output - processing up to 250 t/h.

The ALLU DH 4-17 TS with a 25 mm blade setup demonstrates how demolition material can be handled more efficiently on site. By screening soil from incoming scrap, material that would typically be sent to landfill can instead be separated and reused as cover, while cleaner scrap is easier to process and recover value from.

This approach helps reduce disposal volumes while improving the quality of recovered scrap, supporting better overall returns from each load.

A practical example of how on-site processing can make better use of available materials and turn waste streams into revenue streams.

Dig. Haul. Dump. Reload… or do more with every pass?
What if you could crush and screen coal while you load and send truck-ready product straight from the face?

With the ALLU M-Series material processing bucket you can as your loader or excavator becomes a mobile crusher/screener, allowing you to:
• Eliminate double handling (and the fuel, time and wear that come with it)
• Reject waste rock in a single pass to improve ROM coal quality - soft coal breaks down, harder rock stays intact
• Reduce reliance on fixed crushing stations, conveyors and extra manpower
• Deliver consistent sizing (typically 50–150 mm) with interchangeable drums and adjustable crushing force

In the right conditions, a single unit can process hundreds of tonnes per hour.

If dilution, handling or bottlenecks are cutting into margins - this is where you take control. Right at the face.
