A new year and a new name!
Pat's Prime Landscapes has had a facelift this week with a new name and logo.
We are now operating as Pat's PaveCraft 😁
This will bring a new focus to our bread and butter which is paving and general hardscapes.
Same team, same ABN, same great service! ✅️

Merry Chrsitmas to all of our clients past and present 🌲🎅
Its been a huge year of growth and we couldn't be more appreciative of all the great people we had the opportunity to meet and work with this year.
We are now having a break and will be back mid January.
We are currently taking bookings for April, so get in early for your next project! ⚒️
Quotes are still $150, which is fully refundable if you choose to proceed with the job.

WARNING!
There has been a recent spike in tradies taking money and running from half finished jobs.
I have been contacted by 3 people in the last week with this story.

Please, whatever you do, DON'T pay your tradesman in full until your job has been completely finished.
Silly season is near and these stories will only become more frequent.

Protect yourself by
1. Verifying your tradie via online reviews and word of mouth if possible.
2. Set up a payment agreement before the job starts and stick to it.
Things may change as your job progresses, but that doesn't mean you have to pay for any incomplete work.
3. Never hire the cheapest tradie or the one who can start tomorrow.
A good & trustworthy tradie will never be the cheapest and will almost always be booked up weeks or even months in advance.
4. Trust your gut!!
If something seems off, it probably is.

I hate the fact that out industry is riddled with bad people, but unfortunatley thats how it is.
So protect yourself by following these 4 simple rules

Its been another busy start to the year at PPL!
So busy in fact, we have had to make a change.

Due to large amounts of enquires (and pleanty of time wasters), I will no longer be offering "Free quotes".

All quotes will now cost $150.
This sum will be deducted from your invoice if you choose to proceed with your job.

Our time is our most precious asset, which is why I have made this decision.
In the end, it is a small price to pay for the peace of mind that you are hiring a tradesman with a strong reputation, which has been consistent for 10+ years.

We are currently taking bookings for June/July so reach out if you would like to engage with our quality team for your next project.

We have had a massive amount of enquires this week thanks to some lovely clients of ours putting our name out there.

While I wish I could attend all of your jobs asap, but I have been completely overloaded, so I won't be able to take on any new quotes until late November.
