Unfortunately, this past week, we have encountered an individual refusing to pay our invoice.

In this house alone, we have
Fitted
Smoke alarms
Outside lights
Mounted this TV
Fitted internal lights
CCTV

We even fitted the integrated fridge freezer!

The customer in question seems to think she is entitled not to pay, Her response was, "I'm your wife. Go away!" 🤔

I'm not sure how far I'll get with small Claims Court 🤣

Do you have halogen lighting around your home?
Did you know halogen downlight’s require a heat shroud to protect insulation inside your roof space from causing a fire? 🔥🔥🔥

We had a lucky client who nearly lost their home due to a halogen downlight not being correctly fitted with a heat shroud. Halogens get extremely hot and as a result, it set the insulation alight nearly burning the house down.

Most new LED downlights are IC-4 rated. Which means they are designed for insulation to be over/around them and they won’t catch alight.

Not to mention, converting your halogen downlights to LED’s, you’ll cut your lighting bill by 80%! 🤑🤑💰💰

Today we worked a little magic into installing this seamless strip light into a pool house.
This area looked amazing before our work.

We were pretty happy with this end result!

It’s no secret, I love outdoor garden lighting!!
After any long day, who wouldn’t want to come home to this?
With the combination of front wall lights on the recycled bricks and small up lights on these pear trees.
I think you can agree the end results speak for themselves.

What a shed!!!

We had the opportunity earlier this year to wire up this amazing setup!!

Decked out LED hibays and enough PowerPoints, you’ll never need to pull out an extension lead.

We spend a lot of time working in darlington where the houses are full of character.
They are also usually a challenge!!

Perfect example here of a light fitting we changed out with a new ceiling fan.

End result was amazing.

We’ve been quiet online for a while as work has been beyond busy!!

But we figured it’s time to start posting some jobs to see the range of cool things that can be achieved!!

Here we installed some floodlights at a property in bakers hill. The client had some open paddocks they needed lighting up. The kids can play till their hearts content now!!
