Dual-crane lifts at this scale demand more than capacity, they demand control.

During the EX5600 relocation across the Pilbara, Titan Heavy Lift executed multiple dual-crane operations to separate and handle major structural components exceeding 160 tonnes.

At this level, even minor variation in movement can impact alignment, load distribution, and downstream assembly.

To maintain control, lifts were carried out through synchronised crane operation, constant radio communication, and real-time monitoring using camera systems and laser levelling. Every movement was deliberate and coordinated.

On Saturday night, the Titan crew got together for a bit of team bonding, friendly competition and a chance to swap the crane controls for mini golf clubs.
Holey Moley Northbridge delivered the goods with plenty of laughs, arcade games and some very serious competition along the way.
