Size is 13m x 4.5m (58.5m2 so can be classed as a Granny Flat) with a BAL rating of 19 and built to N3 wind classification. Quality appliances are fitted throughout. This particular unit is designed with off-grid living in mind. The house is all electric, NO GAS, Just add solar panels and batteries for low cost living. This house was designed, engineered and built by our tradesman to Australian Building Standards and Codes in our yard in Midvale.
