A complete rebuild except the piles. The jetty is on Culeenup Island in the Murray River.

Not the best start to the voyage. I decided to have a dip before removing my wallet. I had to deliver a 960kg Jarrah flat pack to Culeenup Island in the Murray Delta. The driver was a little unsure when I said, " Yeah Mate, chuck the rest in the river." The flat pack may have a been exposed to some moisture during transit and I can't find the instructions. At least there was not to much traffic.

Today's job, was new facia boards and gutters. First I had to trim the joists even to allow for the fitting of the facia board that the new gutter brackets are fastened to. Then make up the down pipe and fasten to post.

Today's job, high pressure water blasting, drive way clean.

The garden taps were both leaking as well as having broken fibre washers and leaking from the spindles when turned on. Replaced with shiny new ones.

The brackets attaching the finger jetty to the landing jetty have rusted away, causing the finger jetty to drop. I raised it back to the correct position and reattached it with new galvanised brackets and bolts.

The job today, take apart, transport and then reassemble a custom made, antique, Teak 4 post bed with canopy. This bed was made with no screws or mechanical fastenings. All joints are held together with Trunnels(wooden nails). It is still solid as ever, after the rebuild.
