SPS Civil is a family-owned and operated civil construction business based in Port Augusta, delivering high-quality fencing, earthworks, site preparation and transport services throughout South Australia and beyond. Since 2013, we’ve built a reputation for tackling projects across the state with professionalism and pride.
We’re looking for a full-time Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for coordinating a work crew, subcontractors and day-to-day activities across our diverse range of civil and fencing projects. You’ll play a key part in maintaining safety, quality workmanship and productivity working in both regional and remote environments as needed.

What You’ll Bring: Strong experience in civil construction, earthworks, fencing or site supervision. Have a reliable supportive and positive approach to working in a team. Excellent communication and leadership skills. A practical approach to problem-solving and decision-making on site. Willingness to work in remote/regional areas and adapt to changing schedules. A commitment to safety, quality and team performance. A current driver’s license (plant tickets are advantageous but not essential).

Since 2013, we’ve built a reputation for tackling projects in the state’s most remote and challenging locations with professionalism and pride.

We are currently seeking an Admin Officer to support our Port Augusta office.

In this role, you will: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, emails and record keeping. Communicate with management, operations staff and field crews. Assist with documentation, reporting and general office support. Work collaboratively within a small, supportive team. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a busy environment.

What we’re looking for: Strong organisational and communication skills. A reliable, motivated attitude. Previous administration experience is desirable but not essential. Possibility for part-time hours.

We are seeking a full-time Truck Driver / machinery operator to join our team and support ongoing civil construction projects.

To be successful in this role, you will: Have a reliable, supportive and positive approach to working within a team. Be comfortable working in remote environments and changing conditions. Be available to work away from home for periods of up to 14 days occasionally. Enjoy practical, hands-on work. Have experience or an interest in transport or civil construction. Work effectively and contribute to a safe, productive work environment. Hold a current HC or MC license and machinery tickets would be an advantage
