Livable demountable ready for sale!
This is NOT a container (which has a flat roof) This is a custom designed and build building that is transportable with a tilt tray and a sloping roof for stormwater runoff.
5.0m Long (plus extra 600mm for services pod), 2.5m wide, 2.5m high (at the back side) and 2.7m (at the front)
Front shutter door (side mounted) 4.0m wide x 2.6m wide hinged with support struts. The join between the shutter and the building is weatherproof when open, and fully dust and weatherproof when closed.
All structural steel (150x100x4mm Subfloor and 100x100x4mm uprights and frame) is coated with Dulux Duramax paint system (which has better corrosive resistant qualities that galvanising)
Walls, roof and shutter door are made from 50mm thick cold-room panels (which provide outstanding insulation)
Includes lockable sliding door for access with side glass fixed panels. (opaque for bathroom side)
The main room is air conditioned and internal measurements are approx. 2.3m wide x 3.5m long. Flooring is waterproof floating floor (7mm thick).
Bathroom includes toilet, vanity sink and shower (see photos)
Electric hot water system is included.
All internal electrical is complete back to a sub-board. (Just get an electrician to connect to it etc) Includes lights and power points.
TV Shown is included with this package. Powered vent is included.
The building has build-it skids so it can be slid (moved) around and slid onto a tilt-tray for transport.
Plumbing is all run internally so you would just need a plumber to connect to it (waste and water etc) (photos are just prior to plumber finishing etc)
First one is ready for sale now with orders able to be received with an approx. 3 month turn-a-round.
Price is pick-up from Port Douglas. Delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.
