Admin and scheduling

We are looking for a person who can help run a busy small business office in Port Lincoln. We would like someone with previous office administration experience, including invoicing, debtor control, scheduling and planning, and customer service. The person we would like will be able to help us improve our business, be pro-active in a small team, have a friendly & confident phone manner, and a high level of computer knowledge, plus be fun to work with.

Qualifications & experience
*Experience in office administration, including accounting software (ideally Xero) and other programs
*Good communication skills
*Knowledge of Eyre Peninsula
*Willingness to learn
*Ability to work in a small team and get along with people
*Dedicated to providing quality and exceptional service to clients
* A sense of humour and good attitude to life

Tasks & responsibilities
*Invoicing, debtor control and general administration duties
*Managing compliance regulations, including licencing, health and safety and job completion
*Answering phone enquiries and emails, and responding to basic questions
*Staff scheduling and logistics - booking work for technicians (no cold calling)
*Helping customers and staff
*Prioritising what is important to operations

Benefits
*At least two full days in the office and three part days (negotiable)
