We’re Hiring | Admin & Residential Design Coordinator

Moore Design & Construct is looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team on the Eyre Peninsula.

This role will support both the administrative and residential design side of the business, working closely across different stages of the build process.

About the role:
- Part-time position (3 days per week) with opportunity for growth
- Flexible working arrangements, including work-from-home options
- School holiday flexibility available
- Above Award-based pay with part-time entitlements

What we’re looking for:
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Confidence working across multiple stages of the building process
- Tech-savvy with software experience
- A creative mindset with attention to detail
- Passion for the building and design industry
- Confidence interacting with clients

Building or construction knowledge is preferred.

Training and handover will be provided.

Must be Eyre Peninsula based.

We’re starting the Easter weekend off strong.

A proud and bittersweet milestone for the girls and I as we share that 38 Flaxman Street has officially sold.

It’s never easy letting go of a home filled with memories, but we’re incredibly grateful for the journey and excited for what’s ahead.

A big thank you to Rachel, Corey and the Team from Harris Real Estate Port Lincoln for their support throughout the entire process and for achieving such a great result.

38 Flaxman Street, Port Lincoln

This build pushed the limits.

Thirty concrete panels poured on a steep hillside, with more than a few challenges along the way.

But it became our home.

A place defined by solid construction, expansive ocean views and years of family life.

A chapter I’ll always be proud of both personally and professionally.

Now for what’s next…
