We are restoring power where we can today and will continue tomorrow restoring power to individual premises. In most cases there will be no cost for this as we will submit paperwork to Essential Energy to seek reimbursement, so you will not be out of pocket.

🔌For your safety, power can only be restored once your electrical wiring has been checked by a licensed electrical contractor.

⚠️ We remind the community to stay at least eight metres away from fallen powerlines, power poles and damaged electricity equipment, or 150 metres if any part of the electricity network is covered in flood waters.

We hope everyone is staying safe. We're here to help as we were in 2021. As soon as flood waters recede we will be ready with equipment to restore power to individual premises.
If Essential Energy have left your power off and you need an electrician, we are Level 2 electricians and can restore power on the spot without the need to wait for Essential Energy to return.
We will complete all Essential Energy paperwork for you, you will only have to sign it. We do not charge more than what Essential Energy are reimbursing.
