Oh rats!!! We can't stress enough, that just because you can't see it, doesn't mean it's safe!
We only stumbled across this today whilst doing another job for our client. Rats had been chewing their wires and this is the result. Fortunately we were able to rectify the situation for our client on the spot.

RODENTS!! When we hear this word we think of rats and mice just scurrying around our roof cavities.
