Initially operating a small local domestic timber fencing yard, we now deliver adaptable solutions for Victorian commercial and industrial projects. We provide a variety of project solutions for our customers in,

Usually, we get this question a lot, "Can you customise the solution based on our site conditions?"
Yes. And this is where the conversation usually gets interesting.

Site conditions that affect fencing design and specification include:
• Ground composition such as rock, clay, sandy soil, or filled ground
• Slope and gradient along the fence line
• Wind load classifications for the region
• Proximity to watercourses or flooding risk
• Security classification and threat profile of the site
• Existing infrastructure and access constraints

A product catalogue cannot account for these factors. A site assessment can.

At Lee Group, we conduct detailed site reviews before specifying any solution. What we recommend for a coastal industrial facility in a high wind zone will differ significantly from what is suitable for a flat urban commercial development, and it should.

We manufacture bespoke solutions at our Preston facility, which means we are not limited by standard stock availability.

Lee Group manufactures bespoke fencing solutions from our Preston facility in Melbourne. That matters when you need to accelerate, because we're not waiting on an overseas shipment or a third-party fabricator.

→ Identify what can be pre-fabricated and staged to site
