🌧️Started this one at the beginning of the month. With the weather against us (thank you cyclone Narelle), extended road closures to Moura, and a supplier hiccup thrown in for good measure…we finally got this one poured before the end of the month!

A huge effort from the team and an awesome result for our customers. Hard work & persistence really does pay off, even on the toughest days/months.😉

We’re gearing up for a busy few months with lots of new shed builds on the horizon but don't worry, we still have room for concrete work bookings.

This position involves concrete work and shed construction. You’ll be part of a supportive, team focused environment with consistent Monday–Friday work.

𝙒𝙚 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧
• Casual position with potential for the right applicant
• ABN + super or casual employment
• Above award wages
• Ongoing, steady workflow

𝙒𝙝𝙤 𝙒𝙚’𝙧𝙚 𝙇𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙁𝙤𝙧
Applicants with 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 in any of the following:
• Carpentry / building
• Concreting
• General labouring

𝙍𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Strong work ethic and ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to work well in a team or independently
• Own tools preferred (not essential)
• Experience operating an excavator or bobcat is an advantage (not essential)

A big shout out to Tony & his team at Flexihire Biloela. We hire all our machines through these guys & always receive supportive service.

This week we had a breakdown at Cracow. True to form, Tony offered to drive a new machine out or hire a different machine the following day, at no charge. True service! Keeping us moving!

The smile beneath the hat is our capable 27 year old that grew up on the Sunshine Coast, where he learnt his trade as a concreter. After years on the coast, he, his wife & dog made the move to the country chasing a better life. Not only has the country filled his soul with purpose but he is filling his pet tally to 2 dogs, 1 horse, 1 pig, chooks & ducks.

Reece takes a lot of pride in his work and brings that same energy to every job, big or small.
