With experience in residential projects of $500,000 up to Aged Care specific projects of $11 million, Hi-Pac has the experience to manage projects of all sizes. With over 40 years experience in the construction indus

try, General Manager Robert Black has maintained a working relationship with some of the major architectural firms in Sydney, and on many occasions, been part of the development, design development, design, documentation and construction teams. Robert Black has won a number of building awards over his career through the Master Builders Association NSW, and local councils. Most recently, Hi-Pac Constructions won the Master Builders Association NSW award for best Home Unit Renovation (external) over $6 Million. Hi-Pac Constructions takes pride in having the ability, experience and resources, to undertake technically difficult and complex projects, and delivering a unique project tailored to our clients needs.

The 2014 NSW Architecture Awards were held last Thursday 26/6/14. Our Birchgrove project was entered by the Project Architect Candalepas Associates, who were awarded a Residential Architecture Award for Alterations and Additions. Congratulations to the Candalepas Team on another great project.
