And that's a wrap for our Wahroonga project. Last couple of weeks saw timber flooring and carpet installed, built-in wardrobes, and window sash springs replaced. Unfortunately we won't be finishing the painting off as the client has decided to "give it a go" themselves.

A good week spent on the roof at our Wahroonga project. Rectifying water issues, broken tiles, replacing both gable valley iron and boards, re-setting fall on gutters, structural repair work to main roof beam, and re-sarking/batten/tile/pointing to gable and adjacent roofs.

There is always more work added to these types of projects. Client was concerned about the moat around his front patio, that was leaking under the house slab. So we dug down to solid rock, making a concrete dish drain fall of 1:80 with clear out pits. Working within the client's budget and the most effective and efficient solution. Now water actually moves away and gets collected correctly.

Unfortunately there was too much structural damage with the existing front deck members at our . had to change out the old rotten 90x90 oregon posts with new continuous 112x112 H3 LOSP pine posts. Finished off with slimline T-blade post brackets, J*p Tape, and glass balustrade. Looking much better.
