LACEBARK & BANKSIA | 2026 URBAN TASKFORCE AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE

We are incredibly proud to celebrate the success of Lacebark & Banksia, winner of the 2026 Urban Taskforce Award for Excellence in the Mixed Use Development category for Stage 1 of the Norwest Quarter project.

This award recognises the project's pioneering approach to sustainability, architectural excellence, community-focused design, and construction quality.

From Early Contractor Involvement through to handover, Parkview was proud to partner with Mulpha Developments in delivering Stage 1 of Norwest Quarter, a world-leading, net zero-carbon sustainable precinct in Sydney's Hills District.

The development comprises two striking residential towers above a vibrant retail podium, complemented by extensive landscaping that enhances and preserves the site's natural environment. Together, Lacebark and Banksia deliver 184 net zero-ready apartments, setting a new benchmark for sustainable mixed-use developments in Australia.

PARKVIEW CONSTRUCTIONS AND LEGACY EQUITY HOUSE PARTNERSHIP | We are excited to announce a new strategic partnership between Parkview Constructions and international investor Jerry Huang of Legacy Equity House, a significant step forward in our commitment to housing delivery across NSW over the next five years.

Founder and Principal of Legacy Equity House, Jerry Huang, is backing both Parkview Constructions as a traditional builder alongside his major shareholding in Freecity, known as leaders in volumetric modular modern methods of construction, to drive innovation, efficiency and quality in delivery for NSW. The partnership brings together reliability, experience, innovation and building technology harnessed for design quality.

Over the past 29 years, Parkview has established itself as one of NSW’s most respected and reliable construction companies, earning a strong reputation for quality, dependability and employee satisfaction in the residential sector.

With over 1,300 apartments delivered in Sydney in 2025, Parkview’s current contracted pipeline exceeds $1.5 billion with 1,966 apartments under construction including 797 apartments within the Sanctuary Masterplan and 468 apartments at the Melrose Park Village Precinct.

CONTRACT AWARDED & CONSTRUCTION COMMENCED | We’re pleased to announce the award and commencement of ZESTE, the final stage of The Orchards masterplan in Norwest. Continuing our 14-year partnership with Sekisui House Australia, we’re proud to bring this next chapter to life.

Having delivered the first stage of the precinct, Imperial, in 2019 comprising 121 premium residential apartments, we’re proud to now be delivering the final stage of this landmark development.

ZESTE will deliver two residential buildings rising 11 and 8 storeys, comprising 209 premium apartments across a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes. The development includes two levels of basement parking providing 303 spaces for residents, along with a private lagoon-style pool, BBQ facilities and undercover communal areas. Once completed, The Orchards landmark precinct will deliver approximately 1,300 new homes in the Sydney Hills District.

The Parkview team has now commenced works on site, with hoarding and site amenities established. Perimeter piling is underway, with capping beam installation progressing behind, marking the beginning of construction on this exciting final stage.

SOD TURNING CEREMONY | AERIS, MELROSE PARK

Last week, we joined Sekisui House Australia to celebrate the sod turning of Aeris, the latest stage in the Melrose Park master planned community. It was a wonderful day marking this important milestone alongside the Sekisui team and project partners as we officially commence construction.

Our 14 year partnership with Sekisui House is built on trust and a long-standing commitment to delivering quality communities. Over the years, this strong collaboration has seen us work together to deliver thousands of homes across Sydney, shaping vibrant places for people to live and thrive.

We’re excited to now bring 468 premium apartments to life at Aeris, Melrose Park, continuing the next chapter of this growing community.

Construction of Aeris is now underway, with completion anticipated in Q3 2028. The project will offer resort-style living with elevated views across Melrose Park, complemented by premium amenities and a strong focus on sustainable design.

We look forward to seeing this exciting new stage take shape.

RUBIN BURMUZOSKI | CELEBRATING 23 YEARS OF SERVICE

This year marks an incredible 23-year journey at Parkview for Rubin Burmuzoski.

Rubin joined Parkview in early 2003 and has since become an integral part of the team, currently serving as Supplier Procurement Manager. Throughout his time with the company, Rubin has played a key role in supporting Parkview’s procurement operations, helping source materials across our projects while building strong, trusted relationships with our supplier network.

His dedication, reliability and industry knowledge have helped ensure our projects continue to run smoothly and efficiently.

Outside the office, Rubin’s loyalty doesn’t stop at Parkview, he’s a passionate St George Dragons supporter, backing his team just as strongly as he supports ours.

Thank you Rubin, for your commitment, loyalty and the incredible contribution you’ve made to Parkview over the past 23 years.

Last year for International Women’s Day, we started a Parkview tradition, one that aligns perfectly with this year’s theme, “Give to Gain.”

Our goal is to create a meaningful impact beyond our own organisation, something that genuinely makes a difference in the lives of women who need it most.

Continuing that commitment, we once again partnered with Lou's Place, a daytime drop-in space supporting women experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, mental health challenges, or addiction.

Our team took action into their own hands to pack and deliver care packages filled with essential items, small but powerful reminders that these women are seen, valued, and supported.

Small actions create meaningful change, and this is a tradition we’re proud to continue!

CONTRACTS AWARDED | The 13-year partnership between Parkview Constructions and Sekisui House Australia are continuing with two new contracts to deliver the next stages of the Sanctuary and Melrose Park masterplans in western Sydney.

Parkview Constructions have been appointed to deliver the two new contracts worth a collective $573m. The $300m contract for the Sanctuary Stage 4 development at Wentworth Point will result in 488 apartments and the $273m contract to deliver 467 apartments at Melrose Park, Stage 6, will provide just under 1,000 new homes in Sydney’s west.

The contract appointments follow the recent topping out of the latest stage of Sanctuary at Wentworth Point – Willow.
