A special project for Project One Group, and one we are incredibly proud to have brought to life.

Working alongside TOGA Health, Saje Woollahra and Siren Design, Project One has delivered the first Saje clinic, a purpose built mental health and wellbeing environment designed to feel calm, warm and considered.

Bespoke Tasmanian Oak detailing, custom glazing, curved forms and high performance acoustic systems come together to create a highly crafted healthcare environment that feels less institutional and more human.

Project One are proud to have played a part in creating the first home for Saje.

Project Completion | Barings | Bankstown Early Learning Centre

Project One Group is proud to showcase the completion of Bankstown Early Learning Centre, a new turnkey childcare facility located within the Gateway Aeria Precinct at Altitude Estate, Bankstown Airport.

Delivered for Barings in collaboration with Plan Project Management and designed by SBA Architects, the purpose-built facility creates a welcoming and nurturing environment centred around the needs of children, educators and families.

The project involved the delivery of three indoor play areas, a commercial kitchen, internal laundry and dedicated cot rooms, complemented by two expansive outdoor play spaces. Extensive landscaping, shade structures, artificial turf, play equipment and secure fencing complete the external environment, bringing together safety, functionality and considered design to support early learning and development.

A fantastic outcome and a strong collaboration across all project partners, with special thanks to Barings and Plan Project Management for their support throughout.

Project Completion | End-of-Trip Facilities | 88 Phillip Street, Parramatta

Project One Group is proud to showcase the completion of a premium end-of-trip facility at 88 Phillip, Parramatta for MLC.

Delivered within the basement of a live, occupied commercial building, the project transformed an underutilised car park into a contemporary end-of-trip facility that enhances tenant amenity and supports modern workplace expectations. Alongside the construction of the new facility, Project One also completed critical water pe*******on remedial works to improve the long-term performance of the asset.

The newly created space features premium shower and change facilities, secure bicycle storage, lockers and thoughtfully appointed amenities, brought together through a warm, contemporary material palette and hospitality-inspired finishes to create an elevated arrival experience for building occupants.

Careful planning and staged delivery enabled the works to be completed within a live commercial environment with minimal disruption, resulting in a high-quality amenity that adds lasting value to both the building and its tenants.

Project Completion | Investa | Level 3, 10 The Bond

We’re pleased to share the completion of our recent project at Level 3, 10 The Bond, delivered in partnership with Investa and TSA Management.

The project involved the refurbishment and reconfiguration of an existing speculative suite, alongside lift lobby, amenity and DDA bathroom upgrades to the common areas. The works were designed to enhance functionality, flexibility and overall tenant experience while integrating seamlessly with the existing building environment.

Within the tenancy, the existing kitchen and breakout areas were reimagined to create a more open and connected workplace, complemented by a revised meeting room configuration better suited to a range of occupier needs. Existing workstations and ancillary furniture were retained and thoughtfully integrated into the updated layout, supporting a more sustainable project outcome.

The common area upgrades included the delivery of a new BCA-compliant DDA bathroom, full male and female amenity refurbishments and lift lobby enhancements, aligning with the broader design language implemented throughout the building.

Delivered through close collaboration with all project stakeholders, this project reflects a shared commitment to quality, functionality and coordinated delivery.

Project Completion | Mounties Group | Harbord Diggers

Project One transformed an underutilised lawn at Harbord Diggers into a premium multi-purpose recreational facility for Mounties, enhancing the lifestyle offering exclusively for residents within the precinct.

The project delivered a professional-grade croquet lawn with dual functionality as a bowling green, incorporating an innovative poly block system with concealed anchor points beneath the turf to support flexible use without compromising performance or aesthetics.

Delivered above a live gaming lounge on a suspended engineered slab, the project demanded a highly controlled construction methodology to navigate structural constraints, maintain uninterrupted operations, and achieve the precision required for a high-performance playing surface.

The scope also included a new club lounge, DDA compliant amenities, and back-of-house facilities - delivering a seamless blend of recreation, functionality, and premium user experience in Freshwater.

Watch Project One Group transform underutilised space within the iconic Harbord Diggers precinct into a premium lawn bowls and resident club lounge destination for Mounties.

Positioned within one of Sydney’s most recognised intergenerational lifestyle developments on the Northern Beaches, the project features a professional-grade croquet lawn with dual bowling green functionality, delivered above a live gaming lounge alongside refined resident amenities and lounge spaces.

Project Completion | TOGA | 45 Jones Street, Ultimo

Located within a heritage listed building at 45 Jones Street, Ultimo, this End-of-Trip Facility sets a new standard for workplace amenity.

Delivered within a live environment, the works required a careful balance between preservation and transformation. The scope included extensive demolition and makegood works, significant fire services upgrades, installation of new services within the existing building fabric, alongside an integrated bike access and ramp infrastructure to enhance functionality and flow.

The result is a premium third space, designed to amplify workplace wellbeing and elevate the occupier experience. Delivered with high-quality finishes and a refined level of detail throughout, the destination includes male and female change rooms, a fully equipped gym, yoga studio, golf simulator, infrared saunas, and a purpose designed sensory room - a rare and progressive inclusion in commercial end-of-trip facilities.

More than just a functional space, this reimagined end-of-trip offering reflects a shift towards experience led workplace amenity.
