We are currently looking for experienced Scaffolders and a Leading Hand to join our fast growing team with opportunities to excel within the company. Over the past few years we have become leaders in the residential market. Capcon Scaffolding has been recently expanding into the commercial market and we are looking for leaders and/or teams of scaffolders to join and to step into a permanent roles.

Scaffolder Positions:
• Must have minimum 1 year previous experience working in residential scaffolding
• Casual to full time role available for proven hard working candidates
• Must have own vehicle to get between job sites regularly (daily travel allowance applies if using own vehicle)
• Reporting to the Leading Hand on site
• Must be punctual and be presentable appearance
• Above award pay rates with plenty of overtime hours available.

Leading Hand Scaffolder Position:
• Must have minimum 2 years previous experience as a Leading Hand / Supervisor role.
• Able to lead and supervise a team of scaffolders in the residential/commercial market.
• Report to management on day to day tasks
• Ability to adhere to work safe standards and complete works to a high level of standards.
Skills and experience required:
• Basic (SB) / Intermediate (SI) / Advanced (SA) HRW Ticketed Scaffolders
• Compulsory Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screen
• Current Drivers Licence and must have own vehicle
• White Card
• Asbestos Awareness Card
• Minimum 2 Years Experience

We are looking for experienced scaffolders and labourers to joint our dynamic team!

Scaffolders - Minimum 2 years experience required as well as an asbestos awareness and construction induction white card are a must.

We’re looking for hard working, punctual and presentable team members. Causal to a full time positions available for candidates with a proven work ethic.

Applicants will need to make sure they have their own vehicle and are willing to undergo a mandatory drug and alcohol screening.

Above award pay rates apply based on applicants skill level. Overtime hours available with daily travel allowances.
