Today the team stepped away from the tools and spent the day at Tharwa Valley Forge doing something a little different.

A great opportunity to challenge ourselves, get creative, and learn new hands-on skills outside of the usual day-to-day work.

It was a big day, but an enjoyable one, and safe to say everyone walked away with a new appreciation for working with both their hands and minds.

Plenty of laughs, plenty of learning, and a few solid creations to show for it.

Our technician recently addressed a pesky leak for a homeowner who noticed moisture and staining on the ceiling. Upon investigation, we discovered that the owner had attempted a DIY tap service but didn't tighten the spindle body properly. This led to an internal leak every time the shower was used!

The lesson? Always ensure your spindle bodies are tightened, or better yet, leave it to the professionals. We’re here to handle it hassle-free! 💪💧
