After quoting a job for one of our builders, the owner decided they could save money on painting. The job done by the another painter was so bad the owner told them to leave. Preparation is a huge part of our job. The pictures of the roof you can clearly see that the roof was not pressure cleaned.
The cheapest option is not always the best. Get what you pay for.

Government regulations. Fail.

Government changes to cert 2
8 week painting course. Fail.

Government pay your money get registration. Fail.

Government industry watch dog. Fail.

The industry is getting destroyed the Biulding commission. Take my money!! Grabber machine licenses

The owner of this Tuscan styled house wanted to move it to a more modern look. They started with the colour of the roof. They kept in mind the heat of a dark colour and move towards basalt. We picked up the trims in the black breaking the wall colour from the roof. The wall colour is dune 200%. Making the house have more modern look with a long plan to change the tilt door to night sky.
