All parked up and ready for a well deserved break!

As the year comes to a close, it’s time to acknowledge those who made the year possible.
We have undergone huge growth in 2021 with our operations expanding to 7 vehicles, 3 trucks and 31 staff comprising of 5 construction crews, an excavation crew, 2 maintenance crews and our admin team.

Firstly, our staff who went to extreme lengths under trying conditions closing off all of our active projects. There were plenty of speed bumps along the way, but the dedication and commitment of our team allowed us to surge ahead. I don’t think we have ever had to work harder or had so many obstacles but really proud of the endeavour of everyone.
Whilst we understand we were privileged to trade through covid when many couldn’t, it was harder than ever with never ending and constant changes to industry covid requirements.

Secondly, thank you to our existing clients and the new clients that came on board through the year. We value your custom and the ongoing relationship we have built.

Lastly, our suppliers who keep the wheels in motion.
Special shout out to SoilWorx who notched up 1,046 deliveries for us on our worksites in 2021 in its entirety which is a huge effort.

Time to put the feet up now and spend quality time with those close to us.

We are seeking experienced landscapers of all skill levels to join our expanding team.
We have an existing private and commercial database with the capacity to expand our footprint into large scale industrial and medium density sites.
This varying role includes, but is not limited to installation of both natural and artificial turf, mass planting, boxing out/formwork of jobs, machine operation (excavator, bobcat, mini digger), wheelbarrow work and general garden related activities.
The hours of operation are 7:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday with uniform and fleet vehicles provided to get to job sites. There is no requirement to drive your own vehicle to site.
This is a full time role (no ABN required)
Our factory is located in Ravenhall.
All levels of landscaping experience (apprentices, labourers, fully qualified) or relatable trade experience will be considered E.g. Concreters, gardeners, carpenters, civil operators welcome to apply.
Punctual, hard working individuals who enjoy working in a team environment will be the main criteria for prospective candidates. On the job training and support will be provided.
If you have not worked in the construction industry, do not apply as your application will not be considered.

We are seeking an experienced yard person/factory all rounder to join our current team of 30 employees.

This varying role includes, but is not limited to:

- loading/unloading of trucks and utes each day, in preparation for the construction crews to commence each job.

- Cleaning and greasing of bobcats and excavators.

- Forklift operation to shift pallets around and accept deliveries.

- Pick up materials.

- Clean and provide basic maintenance to fleet vehicles.

- Keep warehouse tidy and organised.

- Manage stock levels of warehouse inventory.

- Manage maintenance schedule of all tools and equipment.

The hours for this role are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, to fall outside of our construction hours of 7:00am to 3:00pm, to allow sufficient time for vehicles to be unloaded and then loaded each afternoon ready for each crew in the morning.

This is a full time role.

A valid forklift license (essential) and truck license (advantageous) is required.

On the job training will be required.

This role would be best suited to someone used to working on their own as our construction crews will be out onsite each day and the you will be solely responsible for the warehouse.

We have moved!!!
Due to consistent year on year growth, we have simply outgrown our old site and have moved. This purpose built warehouse and office will incorporate front and rear access for improved efficiency in loading/unloading our crews each morning, expansion of our customer Service team, a dedicated design studio, greater stock holding capacity in the warehouse and centralising of our operations. Infrastructure is being upgraded and fit out is nearly complete!
