One of our biggest ones to date.

Client was looking to build a deck that would provide an easier transition to the granny flat at the back of their property but also be visually appealing.

The job came with difficulties, but we managed to install a low profile aluminium subframe system in the patio section then step up to a larger aluminium subframe system in the larger area.Sloping ground made for a lot of planning but the overall finished product come up a treat.

We finished the deck with a 140mm x 18mm hardwood merbau decking board and coated it with Intergrain Ultradeck Natural Stain.

Overall this job gave the client a large area to entertain and provide an easier access to the grain flat.

Client was looking to utilise a long wall that could be turned into an inbuilt storage wardrobe shelving unit.

With a hand drawn plan we were able to produce an incredible amount or shelving space for the client and then to top it off we got some sliding doors made up to give the finished product a sleek and clean look.

We came through went over some designs and layouts with added feature walls and functional rooms that utilised space and maximised the open area.

The entrance is a huge feature and talking point that makes the house pop.

Client had a very steep hill in their yard and not much room in the pool area to sit and enjoy the whole backyard and pool entertainment.

We came in and gave it a much needed transformation that now gives a beautiful touch to the backyard and pool entertainment area.

We used wider 140mm merbau decking along with a strong subframe and topped it off with 140mm handrails and wire balustrades, even widening the fenced area of the pool so it wasn’t too squished to move inside the pool area.

All timber and hardware was supplied by Gill & Co Timber Merchants a trusted local supplier.

This upgrade with provide a talking point on the backyard and be a popular entertainment spot for the client.

🏠 Birkdale Job 🏠

Client was looking to update the front of their brick home with the modern hamptons look.

So we came through studded out the front of the home to accommodate the new cladding to be secured and made a much needed upgrade to the home, we also got in and changed the two gables over to tie everything in.

The client got some rendering done and tiled the front pier of the home with stacker stone, which made everything come together.

🪚Redland Bay Job🪚

Client wanted some new inbuilt shelving in their wardrobe with plenty of storage space, while also reconfiguring the laundry shoot to open an and be used more efficiently.

We came through and made the most of the area and ensured it wasn’t too cramped inside. Top shelving was made wider to cater for suitcase storage while lower shelves were made smaller to accommodate moving around.

This gave the client more than enough space to utilise for all their clothing and shoes and any other storage.

This was a fun job that turned out great we are just waiting on painting and finishing touches but at least the client has room to fit everything in.

Client was wanting a new outdoor area to update th old dated one. The design they wanted was the gable look to maximise area and keep the elements out.

After the concreter worked his magic to extend the slab, we came through and put together this beautiful structure that just gave this area the much needed upgrade is deserved.

The clients now have a massive entertainment area that has a few more finishing touches needed but will post once they are all done.
