🚪🔥 Wellington Point Job 🔥🚪

Client was looking to replace their front door with something that could outlast our harsh QLD weather.

We recommended a durable solution in going with an Aluminium door that could withstand rust and have easier maintenance.

We didn’t get in quick enough to get a before on this door but the tired dated timber design needed to go.

Once installed it brought a new sleek modern finish to the house and a very beautiful feature to enter the house through.

Simple little changes can make give a house a whole new look.

🔨Victoria Point Job🔨

Client was wanting to add some new rooms to their under house area so we came through and put some stud and track walls up then came through with the fix out not long after to ensure all the areas were closed off with doors.

The client also wanted to ensure the entry doors from the garage were solid and then changed over their back door too with a solid door but made sure it had a small window in it to bring light to the area.

The small little rooms can add some extra storage space and value to your property.

If you are looking to get those jobs tidied up and started even have any ideas you would like done in and around your home reach out we would be happy to come by and give you a quote

🫡🫡🫡 Alexandra Hills Job🔥🔥🔥

Client wanted a complete revamp on an outdated concrete floor in their newly constructed insulated panel roof entertainment area.

So we came through and designed a whole new aluminium deck subframe with a beautiful composite decking board top.

We chose the more durable combination of materials with less maintenance so that the clients can have a worry free area.

The finished product gave such a refreshing updated look that brings new life to the entertainment area without any uneven surfaces.

The colours blend beautifully with the black posts of the new roof structure, the small little features tie the job completely together full length stairs and a small step up to the patio area on the house.

🔥🔥🔥Thornlands Job🔥🔥🔥

One of our biggest ones to date.

Client was looking to build a deck that would provide an easier transition to the granny flat at the back of their property but also be visually appealing.

The job came with difficulties, but we managed to install a low profile aluminium subframe system in the patio section then step up to a larger aluminium subframe system in the larger area.Sloping ground made for a lot of planning but the overall finished product come up a treat.

We finished the deck with a 140mm x 18mm hardwood merbau decking board and coated it with Intergrain Ultradeck Natural Stain.

Overall this job gave the client a large area to entertain and provide an easier access to the grain flat.

🔥🪚🚨 Cleveland Job 🚨🪚🔥

Client had a very steep hill in their yard and not much room in the pool area to sit and enjoy the whole backyard and pool entertainment.

We came in and gave it a much needed transformation that now gives a beautiful touch to the backyard and pool entertainment area.

We used wider 140mm merbau decking along with a strong subframe and topped it off with 140mm handrails and wire balustrades, even widening the fenced area of the pool so it wasn’t too squished to move inside the pool area.

All timber and hardware was supplied by Gill & Co Timber Merchants a trusted local supplier.

This upgrade with provide a talking point on the backyard and be a popular entertainment spot for the client.
