Investing in our team so we can deliver even better service to our customers.

Yesterday the Heritage Plumbing Group team had the opportunity to train with Rheem, gaining valuable insights into their latest hot water systems, heat pump range, system sizing, fault finding, energy efficiency, and the rebates available to homeowners.

Ongoing training like this helps us stay up to date with the latest technology and industry best practices, ensuring we continue to provide reliable advice and quality workmanship for our customers.

Another hot water upgrade completed by Andy 🔥

Andy removed the existing system and installed a new Australia continuous flow hot water unit, including running a new gas line, reworking the copper pipework, and safely decommissioning the existing roof panel connections.

The end result is a cleaner setup, more usable space and reliable hot water when it’s needed. No two homes are the same, when it comes to hot water, we work with our customers to find what suits the property, existing services and long-term use.

Blocked stormwater drain cleared in Alphington after tree roots completely took over the line.

We ran the drain machine through the stormwater pipe, cut the roots out, and pulled a fair bit back from the drain. Once cleared, the line was flowing properly again.

This is a pretty common issue we see around older Melbourne suburbs where roots find their way into underground drains through cracked joints and older pipework.

On-site at McKinnon Primary School

Plenty happening out here at the moment as the team gets stuck into the underground works. We’ve been busy digging trenches and getting all the in-ground services underway, stormwater, sewer and water lines all going in, along with setting up for the rainwater and detention systems.

Bit of everything on this one tight trenches, setting levels, laying pipe, and making sure everything’s spot on before the slab goes down. It’s the kind of work no one really sees once it’s finished, but it’s what sets the whole job up properly.

Good progress so far and keen to keep it moving.

Big win for the team! 🙌

Heritage Plumbing Group is proud to announce we’ve been awarded the hydraulic and civil plumbing works for the McKinnon Primary School redevelopment, delivered by Newton Manor Constructions as part of a government-funded upgrade.

This project includes construction of a brand-new learning building and refurbishment of existing facilities — helping create better spaces for students and teachers for years to come.

Our scope covers major infrastructure works including:
• Stormwater drainage & underground storage systems
• Fire hydrant & fire services installation
• Domestic water & hot water systems
• Sewer & sanitary services
• Rainwater harvesting & detention tanks
• Hydraulic services across both new and refurbished buildings
