The final pic in our tour of our recently completed Belmont alterations & additions project…

is the loft bedroom at the top of those stairs, with ply lining, plush carpet, inbuilt storage, track lighting & a ceiling that follows the original pitched roof on one side & pops out to a row of skylights on the other. This is sure to become such a cosy space.

We’ll be back with professional photos once our lovely client is all settled in :)

Following our previous post… another aspect of enhancing an existing kitchen is to improve connections & provide more storage & bench space, as we did at our Belmont project.

We’ve added a breakfast bar & a walk through pantry with loads of shelving out of view plus a sink & dishwasher area. This leads to a brand new Laundry with external access to complete the package.
