🟨 LEADERS DEVELOPING LEADERS was the focus at this year's inaugural Keece Site Supervisors Conference.

🔸26 of our senior site team representing all Keece operations throughout Australia and New Zealand converged into Melbourne, for 3 big days of information sharing, collaboration and training focused on further enhancing our ⚡

🔸While many of the sessions focused on teamwork and technical project ex*****on, we were gratefully able to coordinate two of our key supply partners for training and further technical insights into their commercial and industrial solutions.

A huge thanks to:

▪ MACLAUGHLAN and from -wldttk-wld for providing us incredible insight into the technical capabilities of live in protection of critical asset environments
And
▪ Warren @ D’Costa from Australia updating us on enhancements within their and hardware and subsequent reporting changes in the Gridvis platform.

🔸Another huge thanks to a regular at the Keece conferences, our very own Hopwood from for his extraordinary workshop on communication and leadership.

✨With the year coming to a close and our final projects wrapping up before the break, we’re pleased to share this recent completion:

▶ Our Keece NZ team proudly delivered all electrical fitout works for the Qantas International Lounge within Auckland Airport. An intense, nine-month project was completed with multiple specialised crews working in sequence throughout the site.

🔸The NZ team delivering the full electrical package, including general lighting, power distribution, mood and feature lighting, bespoke illuminated elements, and installation of all lamps and decorative fittings.

🔸This project required precise coordination, detailed craftsmanship, and strong collaboration to meet the standard expected in a premium international lounge environment.

Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing – Carlton VIC:

🔸As a mental health and wellbeing centre, a big emphasis for this project was to provide a safe and inviting space for people to come. From considered lighting design and seamless lighting control to functional use of spaces, Keece took this approach throughout.✨

🔸Coming into this project we knew it was a tight deadline, however working closely with the builder we were able to take on the challenge and deliver a high-quality finish everyone was proud of! Riley, Tom and the team on site took all the challenges in stride and worked cohesively with the build team and their trades to deliver an outstanding result on time ensuring the client was rapt with their new space.

▪ Project timeline: 14 weeks
▪ Project Scope: 4 floors of office fit out including amenities and house areas
▪ Disciplines: Lighting, Power, Data & Lighting Control (Dynalite)
▪ Team Involved: 4-5 Techs
