🚧 WE’RE HIRING – ESTIMATOR 🚧

Headlam Howlett Excavations is seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team in Richmond, Tasmania.

This full-time position is a great opportunity to play a key role within our company, providing accurate cost estimates and proposals across a range of construction and excavation projects.

What you’ll be doing:
✅ Analysing construction plans, specifications + project documents
✅ Preparing detailed cost estimates for materials, labour + subcontractors
✅ Working closely with project managers + site supervisors
✅ Assisting with competitive bids + project proposals
✅ Contributing to continuous improvement within our estimating processes

What we’re looking for:
✔ Minimum 4 years estimating experience required
✔ Strong communication and organisational skills
✔ Ability to work independently and within a team environment
✔ Experience in civil/construction or excavation projects preferred
