Laundry time
• One window removed to allow for overheads (storage!)
• Second window removed and replaced with sliding door to allow
easy access to clothes line
• Termite damage treated/replaced
• Removed and relocated plumbing
• All new cabinetry
• Stained timber benchtops
• Added built in wardrobe/linen cupboard just outside laundry for
extra storage
• Added folding bench right outside laundry with MORE storage

**DOWNSTAIRS REBUILD PART 1**
It is always exciting when a client is looking for an extensive reno. We've named this one the "Downstairs Rebuild". Our client requested:
• Added storage and built in cupboards
• A new laundry
• Study area and living area refreshed
• Replace multiple doors and windows including front door

When we started this reno we found extensive termite damage. This was repaired and replaced.

Our first stop - the front door:
• Remove old and dated door and side windows and surround
• Replaced with custom sized front door and sliding window
• Fibre cement cladding used as the finish

One of our favourite bathroom renos to date. Dated, water damaged and an external window hitting an awning when opened....

One of our favourite bathroom renos to date. Dated, water damaged and an external window hitting an awning when opened. What we did:
• Removed both external windows
• Replaced windows with one re-purposed double hung window
• Redesigned layout to a more modern style to create a wet room
• Repaired water damage
• Relocated plumbing

We are in love with the terazzo floor tile, vertical subway tile, freestanding bath and black hardware that our client chose.

Bathroom reno's are always exciting. The original bathroom had an unusual layout that didn't take advantage of the space. With a little bit of re-arranging not only did our client end up with a whole new bathroom but an ensuite as well!

Tiny laundry space in desperate need of renovation due to a growing family. We squeezed every inch of space into this renovation. Work included:
• removal of swing door and replaced with slider to allow for increased functional space
• removal of external door and replaced with window
• installation of customised cabinetry to suit clients needs

Customer requested housing for the pool filter that was "walk in" and eliminated the need for bending whilst also being aesthetically pleasing. Also wanting somewhere to store pool cleaning equipment and pool toys a dual function seat with storage was suggested and constructed.
