We’re hiring a HSEQ Coordinator to join the team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who wants to make a real difference on the ground - not just from behind a desk. You’ll be working alongside our crews and leaders to strengthen a practical safety culture, support our projects, maintain and improve HSEQ systems, lead incident investigations, conduct site inspections, and deliver training and toolbox talks.

We’re looking for someone with a proactive, down-to-earth approach to safety, strong communication skills, and experience in construction, civil or other high-risk environments.

Based in Rochester, this is a full-time role, with part-time or flexible arrangements considered for the right applicant.

General earthmoving and Civil site work
Opportunity to operate machinery (training provided)
Mostly Rochester and surrounding areas, with away work likely at times.

✅ What you’ll need
Driver’s licence (minimum requirement)
White Card (preferable)
Reliable, honest, and able to work as part of a team
Machine tickets are a bonus, but not essential
