What a massive few weeks in the lead up to Round 1 of CQDRA - Benaraby Dragway!

The team at VizzTech Electrical would like to say a huge thank you to everyone that helped us to rewire the track. It was a massive task but we got there in the end. Special thanks to Simon and Brett for their help.

We also had some other businesses jump in and assist with donations. Huge thanks to Rio Tinto Yarwun and Haymans Electrical Gladstone .

Everyone's assistance with this project is very much appreciated.

Now let's get racing!

Hi everyone.

Some of you may know about the horrible vandalism that has occurred at Benaraby Dragway recently. CQDRA - Benaraby Dragway

We have fully donated our services with regards to repairing the track timing system and are reaching out to all of our suppliers and customers for assistance.

A gofundme page has been set up for the club, which is an amazing way for the community to contribute, however we are looking for a business or supplier that may be willing to donate some cabling to assist our repair efforts.

If you think you may be able to assist could you please kindly reach out to us, we would greatly appreciate it.

The cable the club requires is 6pair (12core), 0.5mm2 instrumentation cable (higher pair/core counts is fine also) and approx 1500m of it.

I would greatly appreciate it if everyone could share this request around to support our local track.

We recently completed an install of some smart IOT (internet of things) equipment for our client on their farm, west of Rockhampton. Now they are able to monitor and control their water system remotely. Incorporated into this installation was a 4.2km wireless link for a remote 4K video camera, all solar powered with lithium batteries.
