A little progress update from Poinsetta Station 🔨🐂

Downstairs is really starting to come together — painting is done, the new doors are in, and the crew are ticking off the finishing touches.

Meanwhile, it’s business as usual on a cattle property… buzz saws on one side, cows happily munching away on the other. 😂🌿

Just another day building in the bush.

The brains behind the build. 🤠

Dallas studying the plans for our latest shed build in Anakie, QLD — working through the details before the real work begins.

Building in the bush takes more than knowing how to swing a hammer. It takes experience, forward planning and knowing how to make things work when you’re a long way from the conveniences of town.

That’s where Dallas is in his element.

Experience matters. Built for the Bush.

Bathrooms work hard on rural properties.

After a long day outside, they need to be practical, easy to maintain and built to last.
Good design isn't about chasing trends.

It's about creating spaces that work for the people who use them every day.

No glam shots here… yet. 😉

A little look behind the scenes of our recent renovation in Clermont — the dust, the tools, the crew and all the work that happens before everything starts looking pretty.
Because every finished space has a whole lot of this behind it.

Glam shots to come. 👀

Every farmhouse kitchen needs one of these. 🤍

A pot filler might seem like a small detail, but once you've used one, you'll wonder how you ever lived without it.

Mounted above the cooktop, it makes filling large pots effortless—no more carrying heavy water-filled pots from the sink. It's practical, timeless, and fits beautifully into the farmhouse kitchens we love creating.

We've installed these in many of our farmhouse renovations, and they're always one of the features clients mention afterwards.

This one is the Phoenix Cromford Pot Filler in brushed gold from Buildmat, adding the perfect blend of country charm and everyday functionality.

Would you add a pot filler to your dream kitchen?

There's something about knock-off time in the bush.

The tools are packed away.
The sun starts dropping behind the gums.
And you get a chance to stand back and appreciate how much has been achieved in a single day.

Tomorrow we'll do it all again.

You wouldn't recognise it.

If these walls could talk, they'd have plenty of stories to tell. Many locals around Clermont have likely shared a coffee, a meal, and a good yarn in this very kitchen over the years.

Now, it's been given a whole new lease on life—bringing together timeless style, improved functionality, and a fresh space ready to create the next generation of memories.

There's something special about renovating a home that's already been part of a community's story.

What do you think of the transformation? 👇

Proof that a floor can be the feature.

These patterned tiles bring character, contrast and timeless style to every space they touch. Paired with classic white cabinetry and brushed brass fixtures, they create a look that's both bold and elegant.

It's a reminder that sometimes the biggest transformation starts from the ground up.

What do you think—would you choose a statement floor like this? 👇
