The Rubyvale renovation is coming together beautifully, with the new stone benchtops adding that finishing touch to the cabinetry.

It's these details that bring a space to life, transforming months of hard work into a home that's both practical and inviting.

⛈️ Stormy skies and fresh new beginnings in Rubyvale!

While Mother Nature was putting on a show outside, we've been busy bringing new life to the interiors with fresh coats of paint and those all-important finishing touches. 🎨

And the transformation doesn't stop at the front door!

With Mick and the boys putting the machinery to work, the yard has had a serious makeover too, levelling the ground and giving the entire property a fresh outlook.

Fresh paint inside, a fresh canvas outside… and Rubyvale is coming together beautifully!

🚂 Next stop… Anakie, Queensland!

We're rolling into another rural renovation, and this one's already gathering steam!

From the original bathroom and kitchen to demolition, structural works and the first cabinetry going in, there's plenty happening behind the scenes.

It's always exciting watching a home take shape, especially when the hard work behind the walls starts turning into something you can see.

We are prepped and ready… for some paint! 🎨

Upstairs at Rubyvale is all taped up and ready to go.

The balustrade has had a fresh coat of paint, and the chippies have finished it off with a timber handrail on top — and it looks schmick. 👌

Those finishing details are starting to bring the whole space together.

Now, let’s get some colour on those walls!

Walk this one with us. Now the personality is moving in. 👀

There’s plenty to see downstairs at Poinsetta Station.

Tiles are down, cabinetry is in, fresh paint is on the walls and the doors are hung — and all those selections we made months ago are finally showing up in the space.

Still a bit to go, but this stage is always a good one. The finishes are landing, the rooms are changing, and you can finally see the vision behind the build.

Here’s a little wander through where we’re at. 🔨

A little less construction zone, a lot more home. 👌

Tiles and vinyl are going down at Rubyvale, and it’s amazing how much the feel of a space changes once those finishing layers start coming together.

Bit by bit, this old home is finding its new character — while keeping plenty of the charm that made it worth saving in the first place.

There’s something special about breathing new life into an old country home. 🤎

The new cladding is going on at Rubyvale, slowly changing the face of this old girl while keeping the character that makes her belong out here.

A few more boards, a little more progress, and another chapter taking shape.

Poinsetta is really starting to feel like a home now. 🤎

The VJ is up, cabinetry is taking shape, and the doors and architraves are in. It’s these details that make such a difference — you can finally start to see everything we’ve been working towards come together.

And apparently the best way to inspect the progress is with a slow-mo strut down the hallway. 😂

There’s still a bit to go, but we’re loving watching this one take shape.
