Okay, we’re allowed to brag about this one just a little…

A very proud night for the wider Shelford team at the for 2026 with our Shelford Constructions team bringing home a WIN!

Winner - Entertainment & Recreation Facility $5m - $10m for Stan Twight Reserve Clubrooms for City of Rockingham

And it didn’t stop there.

Our commercial team was also recognised as a finalist across 3 categories, for the Cockburn ARC & Fremantle Dockers Football Club Expansion and Fenner K-Mix Rubber Facility.

You normally see plenty of beautiful homes, handovers and home inspiration around here, but every now and then we think it’s worth sharing what the other side of Shelford has been up too!

And this one we’re particularly proud of.

A huge congratulations to our Shelford Constructions team and everyone involved in delivering these projects. What a result!!

People of Shelford 👋 | Meet Mark

Apparently being our Business Development Manager wasn't challenging enough, so Mark Hardy decided to tackle another challenge — his fear of heights.

And what better way to do it than from the top of Optus Stadium?

Judging by the victory pose, we're calling this one officially CONQUERED.

It's always good to see what our team gets up to away from the office , although some of us will happily continue supporting Mark's adventures from ground level. 😂

There's something pretty special about handing over the keys to a home that's been made completely your own. ❤️💙

Meet Lyn, who has just received the keys to her beautiful new terrace home in Forrestfield!

Inspired by our Manhattan design from the Ultimate Living range, Lyn worked with her Sales Consultant Anne to take the original design and tweak it to suit exactly how she wanted to live.

Designed for a block just 6 metres wide, the Manhattan is a great example of how clever design can make the most of every bit of space. Lyn's home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, generous open-plan living and one of our favourite features — the void opening over the living area, bringing a wonderful sense of height and openness through the home.

It may sit on a narrow block, but step inside and it certainly doesn't feel like it. That's what we love about good design.

Congratulations Lyn! From Anne and all of us at Shelford, we wish you many happy years and wonderful memories in your beautiful new home. 🥳🐻🔑

A very big congratulations to Leigh, who collected the keys to his brand-new Shelford home in Meadow Springs.

Working with Sales Consultant Anne, Leigh chose our Winning Range Carina as the starting point for his new home and made it his own.

And while handing over the keys is always a pretty special moment, it's the feedback afterwards that means just as much to our team.

Leigh told us he was happy with the quality of his finished home, his experience with the Shelford team and, best of all, that he'd be happy to recommend us to his family and friends. 💙❤

That's a pretty great way to finish a building journey.

It's not every day our clients leave US the handover gifts. 🥹💙❤

We recently came into the South West office to find this waiting for team, along with a handwritten letter from our clients following the handover of their new Shelford home.

And this one meant a lot.

Like any building journey, theirs wasn't without a few challenges along the way. What meant the most to us was hearing how our team responded when it mattered.

They particularly acknowledged our South West Team, who worked hard to get their build back on track and went above and beyond to make sure they received the keys to their new home.

They also gave a special mention to the Supervisor, who was always at the end of the phone when they needed him and even came to site on handover day after his scheduled finishing time.

Their letter finished with four words that say it all:

“We love our home, thank you.” ❤️

Building someone's home is a huge responsibility, and feedback like this is a reminder that it's not only the finished home that matters, it's how we show up for our clients throughout the journey.

Thank you for the beautiful words (and the very generous gifts!). We'll make sure Brett and Brad enjoy them. 😉🥃🍻
