Solar & Battery Upgrade β˜€οΈπŸ”‹

Another major solar and battery upgrade completed by Rising Sun Electrical Pty Ltd.

We removed a small, old solar system that was no longer working and replaced it with a 19.95kW solar array, a 10kW Sungrow hybrid inverter and a Sungrow SBH300 30kWh battery.

The major benefit of a system of this size is the amount of energy it can produce throughout the day. It allows the customer to:

🏠 Cover larger household loads directly from solar
πŸ”‹ Charge the 30kWh battery quickly
⚑ Export excess power back to the grid

Another modular home project completed, with plenty more to come!

We handled the new mains connection from start to finish, including organising the required Ergon Energy applications and installing the new underground mains connection.

We also organised West-Tech Systems to take care of the NBN installation, installed a submain to the shed, and fitted the shed out with a range of lighting and power points.

Next up, we'll be completing the installation of three split-system air conditioners and connecting the home's hot water system.

We work closely with modular home builders and coordinate our schedules with the different trades to help ensure everything lines up and the homeowner has a smooth experience from start to finish.
