Working with existing homes to renovate, adapt and extend them often uncovers hidden challenges.

Sometimes, digging a little deeper reveals structural issues that need to be addressed. Tackling them early helps ensure the home is safe, sound and built to last - while avoiding more significant and costly problems down the track.

Having a team with the knowledge, experience and craftsmanship to identify and rectify these issues is essential to delivering a quality result.

We take pride in solving problems, overcoming challenges and delivering workmanship that stands the test of time💪🏻

Monday saw our clients have their long awaited spa delivered. It was quite the sight and the feat. Crane balanced on blocks to keep it level; spa being lifted over their home into the new deck out the back. It drew quite the crowd. There were collective sighs of relief when the spa was lowered into its final resting place.

Our advice to anyone purchasing a spa, check to see what the contract says about delivery. A lot of places don’t mention that you may need to organise a crane to get the spa into place. It could be an additional cost ypu may not be prepared for.

Some may remember DA’s job in Chelsea Heights which was a small renovation. Well in the end, the whole house needed rewiring and replumbing, but she has turned into a beautiful gem. Here is the finished kitchen and dining /living room. New sliding doors allows an abundance of light.
